Site and room locations

Surgery Rota can deal with multiple sites and locations and you can specify Room Size, Availability, Suitability for Various Tasks, Staff Preferences, Utilisation and Time Buffer between Sites.

 

 

Personnel tasks

For each of your tasks you can define priority, skill requirements, specific staff allocation, room

preferences, frequency and duration plus any bespoke modifications you need. For example 'Assign a task that happens every Friday from 2pm - 6pm except on the 2nd and Last Friday of the month when it will finish at 4pm because we have a staff meeting'.

Comprehensive Operating Manual

A digital format and printable comprehensive operating manual is supplied to every surgery for reference.

 

 

Telephone Support

Telephone support is available during normal office hours. On-line support by either file transfer or remote connection can be given if needed.

On-site support

For those who prefer face-to-face support, site visits can be provided if required.

 

 

Training
